Egg Noodles with Ham, Peas, and Sweet Chili Sauce
Cook time: 20-25 minutes Servings: 4
Ingredients:
2 cups broad egg noodles (90g)
½ tsp salt
3 Tbsp margarine
3-4 Tbsp sweet chili sauce
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup ham, diced, cooked
¼ tsp garlic saltDirections:
1. Bring the water to boil. Add the salt and egg noodles.
2. Microwave the frozen peas until hot, set aside. Dice ham and heat in microwave, set aside.
3. Once the noodles are done, drain the water.
4. Add the margarine and stir until noodles are coated. Add the sweet chili sauce and stir.
5. Add the ham, peas, and garlic salt into pot. Mix well. Serve.
Keeps well in the fridge. Reheats well. Freezes decently.
Tip: Spiral pasta holds its shape better if making a large batch for leftovers. (Egg noodles taste better though.)
