As Lee Know slowly blinked his eyes open, he found himself staring at the unfamiliar sight of a white ceiling above him. His hand instinctively reached for the canopy beside him, its soft fabric a comforting presence in the sterile room.

Before he could fully comprehend his surroundings, he was engulfed in a flurry of motion as nine heads hovered over him, their expressions a chaotic mix of relief and worry. Changbin was the first to react, pulling him into a tight hug with a mixture of anger and concern evident in his voice.

"Aish, hyung! You scared us!" Changbin exclaimed, his grip tight as if afraid to let go. Lee Know's gaze swept over his members, noting the tears streaming down their faces. Felix, Han, and I.N cried the most, their anguish palpable in the air.

Chan's hand found its way to Lee Know's shoulder, his voice thick with emotion as tears continued to fall unchecked. "I am your leader, idiot! I will scold you, I will scream at you. But that doesn't give you the right to harm yourself," Chan admonished, his words a stark reminder of the consequences of Lee Know's actions.

Lee Know felt the wetness on his cheeks, realizing that he too was crying. "I'm sorry," he whispered, his voice barely audible above the sound of his own tears.

Felix approached next, enveloping him in a warm embrace. "Don't be sorry! We're sorry! We should have noticed," Felix murmured, his voice filled with regret.

Then, Lee Know's eyes found Eunwoo standing in the corner, his heart clenching at the sight of his beloved hyung. "Hyung!" Lee Know called out, his voice trembling with emotion.

"Why did you ghost me? Did I do something wrong?" Lee Know's voice wavered as Eunwoo approached, the hurt evident in his eyes.

Before Eunwoo could respond, Chan intervened, ushering the others out of the room to give them some privacy. Eunwoo wrapped Lee Know in a tight hug, his words of reassurance washing over him like a soothing balm.

"No, Minho-yah! Hyung was just too weak!" Eunwoo's voice was filled with remorse, his fingers tangling in Lee Know's hair as he sought to comfort him.

As they settled into a moment of quiet, a knock sounded at the door, and Jungkook entered the room. Eunwoo tensed, but Lee Know's voice stopped him in his tracks.

"Sunbae!" Lee Know greeted, his voice a mixture of surprise and forgiveness. Jungkook rushed to his side, engulfing him in a heartfelt embrace and planting a gentle kiss on his forehead.

"I'm sorry, Lee Know! I'm so sorry! Please forgive me!" Jungkook's words were filled with sincerity, his eyes pleading for forgiveness.

Eunwoo made to leave, but a hand grasped his, pulling him back to Lee Know's side. They sat together in silence, the weight of their shared experiences binding them together in a bond stronger than ever before.

"It's okay... Sorry I made you worry," Lee Know reassured Jungkook with a smile. "I mean, you literally told me you hadn't moved on yet... so it's okay," he added, his words a testament to his forgiving nature.

Jungkook returned the smile, a sense of relief washing over him as he realized that despite everything, Lee Know still held no ill will towards him.

As the nurse entered the room with medication and an injection, Lee Know drifted off to sleep once again, his mind finally at ease knowing that he was surrounded by the love and support of those who cared for him most.

As Eunwoo and Jungkook walked down the corridor, the nurse's words echoed in their minds, urging them to let Lee Know rest. Jungkook broke the silence, his voice tinged with a hint of remorse.

"I came here to ask for a second chance, you know?" Jungkook said, a self-deprecating chuckle escaping his lips. Eunwoo's fist clenched involuntarily at the reminder of Jungkook's betrayal.

"But then I saw him smile. I don't deserve him..." Jungkook's voice trailed off, filled with a sense of resignation. "No, you don't," Eunwoo replied curtly, his tone icy with disapproval.

Jungkook chuckled softly, a bitter edge to the sound. "I was trying to love him as much as I love Taehyung, while there's already someone who loves him as much as I love Taehyung. And he deserves nothing but love. He's so innocent... the only person he's ever been bad to is himself. And I totally messed up," Jungkook confessed, his voice laced with regret.

"We all did..." Eunwoo whispered, his gaze dropping to the floor as he wrestled with his own guilt and remorse.

They found themselves seated in the cafeteria, the weight of their conversation hanging heavily in the air. Eunwoo's curiosity got the better of him, and he broached a topic that had been gnawing at him.

"You never told me about Taehyung. I knew you guys had something going on... but I thought it was just a... you know... physical thing," Eunwoo said, his tone tinged with accusation.

Jungkook sighed, his expression pained. "Well, it was. But I got greedy, I guess. I wanted him to be mine... 100 percent. And he's a free bird. He doesn't like commitments. But I know he loves me too. But I'm not letting him use me anymore," Jungkook admitted, his voice tinged with bitterness.

Eunwoo raised an eyebrow, his gaze piercing. "The way you used Lee Know..." he started, his words heavy with accusation.

"Hey, hey... I never meant to use him. I was attracted to him from the moment I saw him. He's pretty, he's fun, and he dances like a literal angel. He looks like a character fresh out of a manhwa. I'm serious about him. I thought I'd end up falling in love too, and I'd move on from Taehyung. But I messed up," Jungkook confessed, his voice laced with regret.

"I should have proposed to him before you did," Eunwoo said, shaking his head in self-reproach.

"I know, right? I mean, he was your simp when I met him, but yet you were holding back," Jungkook said, a wistful smile playing on his lips.

Eunwoo couldn't help but smack Jungkook on the head in frustration. "You're pathetic," he muttered, unable to hide the frustration and disappointment in his voice.

Jungkook's expression softened, a hint of sincerity in his eyes. "Well... don't miss your chance this time. I'm letting go so that you can love him the way he deserves," Jungkook said, his voice filled with resignation.

With that, Jungkook rose from his seat, a sense of finality in his movements. "I'll leave now. Take care of him," he said, his gaze lingering on Eunwoo for a moment before he turned and walked away.

Eunwoo watched him go, his heart heavy with a mixture of conflicting emotions. As Jungkook disappeared from view, Eunwoo made a silent vow to himself: he wouldn't let Lee Know slip through his fingers again.
