6. Is That... Me?

Either last year or the year before, 2014 or 2015, I had an unintentional and unwanted out of body experience.

I had been sleeping, and all of a sudden, im standing in the corner of my room, looking at someone in my bed, who was in a strange arched position.

I felt confused. I knew i was in my room, but i felt.. different. I looked at the figure in my bed and it was me. I realized it was me and I was dazed. Confused. I wondered why was i here looking at myself? Why is my body like that? Why and how did this happen? What seemed to be a few seconds after I was looking at myself, it all stopped.
I saw darkness and was woken up. I looked around and I was back in my body, laying in bed like normal. I shrugged the whole thing off. I was too tired to think about it, so I fell back alseep.

Thinking back at that, im still so confused as to why my body was arched. It kind of scared me a bit, I was not in control of my body, but yet my body felt tensed. But as my spirit(?) stood in my room, i felt content and calm. All I did was stand, wonder what was happening and stare at my strangely arched body.

It all happened so fast, im surprised I can remember it.
