"That is fucking wild my friend." Mel says as we sit in the hotel room, stuffing food into our mouths. I just finished telling her about what happened with Ruel.
"Right?" I giggle.
"You know, I would be mad if you weren't my best friend." She tells me.
I wince. "Sorry for stealing your man."
She shrugs. "Trust me, it's fine. You guys are gonna be cute."
I blush and stuff some more twizzlers into my mouth. My phone goes off and I suddenly remember I forgot to text Ruel.
Mel smirks. "Is that loverboy?"
I shrug and then see that it is in fact from Ruel.
