{ Reia's POV }

It's just me, Chan, Nicolás, and Thomas in a different office now.

"How did you grow up?" Thomas asks

"In the Italian mafia surrounded by Americans, and Russians ; until I got into my teen years then I was in isolation. I was hardly ever allowed outside on our lawn. I spent my time reading books and studying all things relating to the mafia." I tell them

"Why did you spend so much time reading about the very thing that would accept you?"
Chan questions

"Because strangely enough even though I didn't exactly fit into the mafia, and I wasn't allowed to join somehow reading about it helped calm me. It's how I found a little bit of peace." I answer to the best of my ability

Chan nodded his head at my answer.

"Do you stand with the Italian's?"
Thomas asks  raising an eyebrow

"I don't stand with the Italian's, or Russian's, or even the American's. I stand with people who I respect, and who will hopefully respect and trust me a little in return. I'm loyal but I'm not blindly loyal. Family doesn't always equal loyalty and love." I answer

Thomas seems satisfied with my answer.

"Tell us how you think you can improve the mafia as a whole." Nicolás says

"Yes, tell us what you are bringing to the table."Thomas says

"I'm obviously not the best with weapons or technology or even fighting..but every mafia already has people who are amazing in those departments. What none of you have is someone to be really honest with you. I have ideas to improve each mafia, even if it never fully forms into a whole ; like I believe it should be." I tell them

"What are some of your ideas?"
Chan asks seeming intrigued

"I think the mafia should have some sort of agreement as a whole, to at least have an agreement on peace and safety of family."
I tell them

"What else?" Nicolás asks

"I think each mafia should help train the other ones. That way everyone can learn from the other, and eventually become unstoppable.
I've been observing and each mafia has something they need to work on to be able to stand up to the next." I answer

All of them look satisfied with my answers.

"That is all." Thomas says

"Excuse me?" I question

"You passed the first part of the test."
Thomas says

"The next part would be a fight but every mafia leader would need to be here for that."
Chan answers

"That's not going to work." I say

"Which is why you will be moving on to the traditional part of the test." Nicolás says

I give a nod to show I understand.
