Dedication/Acknowledgement

This book is for my sister, and all of her countless encouragements. She read every single chapter before they were published, acted as an editor (for content purposes, all grammatical and punctuation errors are my own 🤷🏼‍♀️), and gave me soooo much information regarding the darker aspects of the story thanks to the lecture she's attended as a foster care advocate. She's another example of an every day hero and I love her to pieces.

I'd also like to give a quick shoutout to my parents for answering my questions about parenthood and how they would react to certain situations since I ain't got no babies and I wasn't sure if my Aunt reactions were the same as Mom reactions. They rock.

And the last shoutout goes to my other siblings. They hyped me up when I felt the need to brag on this book, and I honestly probably never would have written this series if they hadn't hyped me up so much to begin with. So y'all have them to thank if you like these books 😂
