Background:

Riley was born in 1990 in West Virginia. Her father and sister died in a house fire, leaving her mother, brother and Riley. Riley's mother knew Donald Mallard (aka Ducky) and Ducky has been a father to Riley. She would often talk to him about her problems and she became fascinated about his stories from work. One day Ducky asked if she liked to visit NCIS. She met Tony, which at first she thought he was a player. One day she was offered a job at NCIS, working with Ducky and Jimmy Palmer.

Personality

Riley is somewhat shy, and she doesn't really trust too many people. She likes to have quiet, although she doesn't mind listening to Ducky ramble on. She's a little sarcastic with people and likes to write down different things. She also is very fond of photography

Relationship with Tony DiNozzo

At first Riley really didn't like Tony. She knew deep down she had some feelings for him. He'd sometimes visit her in autopsy. They were alone in autopsy when Tony admitted his feelings for her. She admitted hers too and they started dating.
