Background
Reese was born in Ohio but moved to Virginia. Her parents were involved in a murder, and werelater put into prison. Reese was the oldest, so she took care of her brother and sister until they became older. A certain Leroy Jethro Gibbs took her under his wing and got her a job at NCIS

Personality
Because of her upbringing, she is a little bit of a hardass, earning her the nickname by Tony "Mini Gibbs" because her and Gibbs act the same way. She is very sweet and loving, which draws everyone to her

Relationship with Jimmy Palmer
Reese met Jimmy at NCIS. They were good friends, she'd come down to autopsy to visit him, he'd come up to visit her desk. He was a little terrified to tell her how he felt, because of Gibbs. One day she visited him and he kissed her out of nowhere. She told him how she felt about him and vise versa
