YES! It was an injured person laying on the road. Some car/Scooty had knocked him down. Arjun saw this and rushed to him to help. The man was unconscious.
A: Yenga..enna parunga. (Shaking the patient lightly), Are you ok?
But the man didn't respond. He was unconscious. Arjun checked his pulse rate, it was dropping rapidly.

Arjun makes up his mind to take the injured man to the nearby hospital. He gave the man some first aid and then loaded him in his car and took off.
Arjun reached Sill Hospital- where Roja worked. It was the nearest hospital. He quickly admitted the injured man and started giving treatment to him.
Roja and Swetha sitting in the reception notices this.

Arjun carefully takes him to ICU ward and starts treating him. He calls few nurses for help

Arjun gives him an injection 💉 and checks a bit.

Roja smiled to herself inwardly. She couldn't help but appreciate Arjun's thoughtfulness and big heart. Already that feeling to befriend Arjun had come into her heart....
