Pillar men x mate who can't children

How would the pillers react to their mate being unable to have children. Maybe an old injury to there female organs made it impossible and she thinks they will hate her or maybe it's a birth defect and she has to small a womb or anything. How would they react if they try but it never works and she is forced to tell them her secret.

-When you finally tell him after you both have been trying for months

-he is sad, mad that you didn't tell him early, and even a little distraught

-It takes some time for him to get over the fact that you can't help him restore the pillar race

-he might disappear for a few days because he needs some time to his self

-but he comes back, he still loves you

-he'll find you a baby, that you could take care of

-don't worry though, he's going to kidnap a baby from their parents.
