Sana enter in courtroom and at the same time rashmi also enter with her lawyer.

Both of them took their seats and in no time judge came in the court. Everyone sat silently on their seats.

Sm prayed looking at sana. Everyone was extremely nervous. Sana look at rashmi who was very frustrated making sana smirk.

The case was continued with questions from both the side.

S- so miss rashmi desai.... aap mr. Shukla ko or apne bete avinash ko chod kr kyu gyi.... agar aap ko apne bete se itna hi pyaar tha to aap unhe chod kr jati hi nhi....

R- sidharth ke sath meri shaadi hui thi lekin hum dono me problems bhot hi badh rhi thi so maine usse divorce le liya... kyuki meri financial condition us time achi nhi thi... isiliye maine avinash ko sidharth ke pass hi chod diya....

S- aap jhuth bol rhi h miss rashmi....

R- m sach bol rhi hu...

S- nhi.... m btati hu sach kya h.... aap mr.shukla ko chod kr gyi kyuki aapko koi or mil gya tha.... or rhi baat apki financial condition ki to... apki financial condition us time bhot hi achi thi... us wakt aap ek achi company me job krti thi....

R- tumhe kaise...

S- aap yha aakr jhuth nhi bol sakti... ab aap ye btaiye... ki itne salo baad apne ye case kyu kiya.... aap ye case divorce ke time bhi to kr sakti thi...

Rl (rashmi lawyer)- objection my lord.... mrs.shukla is trah ke swaal nhi puch sakti... this all non sense... isse kya farak padta h....

S- farak padta h mr. Khanna...

Rl- my lord ye galat h....

Judge- objection overruled...

S- thank you... boliye miss rashmi....

R- ummm... woh...

S- koi jwaab nhi h??

R- ....

S- sach to ye h... ki apko apke bete koi farak hi nhi padta h... aap sirf use apni khudgarzi ke liye apne sath rakhna chahti h....

R- ye jhuth h....

S- aapka breakup ho gya h na....

Rl- objection my lord...

S- aapko apke boyfriend chod kr chle gye or aapki mamta achanak se jaag gyi... aapko yaad aa gya ki apka ek beta bhi h... asal me aap sirf unhe unke father se dur krna chahti h or koi bhi reason nhi h... m sach keh rhi hu na... boliye... boliye miss rashmi desai....

R- haa..... ha ye sach h.... mujhe zara bhi farak nhi padta ki avinash mare ya jiye... pr m us insaan ko khush nhi dekh sakti.... agar m khush nhi hu to woh mere bina khush kaise h.... us ka ek karan h avinash... isiliye m use usse chin lena chahti hu.... m ye sab sirf or sirf sidharth shukla ko barbaad krne ke liye kr rhi hu.... suna tumne.... lekin tumne mera sara khel bigad diya....

She shouted but stop when she realized what she did. Her lawyer sit down closing his eyes.

S- so my lord ... sab kuch apke samne h.... jaise ki apne suna ki miss rashmi desai ko apne bete se koi farak nhi padta to meri apse request h ki aap ye custody mere client mr. Shukla ko de.... kyuki agar ye custody miss rashmi desai ko milti h to mujhe nhi lagta ki woh un pr bilkul bhi dhyaan dengi...  that's it....

She said and sit on her place.

Judge announced his decision.

J- to court ye faisla krti h ki bache ki custody unke father mr. Sidharth shukla ko di jati h.....

Sana eyes filled with happy tears. Sidharth also smile looking at sana. Everyone took a leave... sana get up from her place and go towards them.

S- sidharth.... hum jeet gye....

She said in full excitement while hugging him.

Sid- congratulations.....

S- hayee.... m aaj bhot khush hu....

Sid- hmmm

They broke the hug. Sana pick up avi twirl him around. He giggled.

She said kissing him.

Sm- mujhe pta tha tum hi jeetogi....

S- bilkul... aise kaise koi bhi aaega or mere avi ko lekr jaega....

Sidharth and sm smile looking at them.

S- ab ghar chle....

Sid- chlo....

They came outside when rashmi came towards her.

R- ye tumne thik nhi kiya shehnaaz.... ab m tumhe nhi chodungi...

S- tumhari in dhamkiyo se mujhe koi farak nhi padta.... so apna or mera time waste mat  kro...

R- abhi to m ja rhi hu pr tum bach kr rehna....

S- byy...

She left. Sana rolled her eyes and sit in her car. They drove off......

At night...

Sana phone ring. She pick up as it was from her dad.

S- hlo dad...

D- hlo... sabse pehle ye btao kya hua.... m subah se tension ki vjah se idhar udhar ghum rha hu... jaldi btao...

S- dad we won....

D- kya... mujhe pta tha... tum kr logi... i m very proud of you sana...

S- ye sab sirf apki vjah se hua h... agar aap mujhe encourage nhi krte to m kabhi nhi kr pati...

D- bilkul nhi.... tum jeeti kyuki tumne khud pr bhrosa rakha or puri mehnat ki.... maine to sirf idea diya baki sab tumne hi kiya h... 

S- i love you dad... and i am missing you a lot....

D- hum bhi tumhe bhot miss krte h...

Some days passed like this...

Sid- shehnaaz...

S- hmm

Sid- aaj sham ko ghar me ek party h...

S- kis liye...

Sid- ek business party h... bhot se log aaenge... or kuch friends bhi....

S- ohh okk....
