Lexi's P.O.V (5 months later)
The past five months have been brutal.
All I have done is wake up at 4:00am, go workout for 10 hours, eat, shadow Diego, sleep.
I am now in shape, I have light abs and I am very toned. I am also getting the hang of the mafia Paperwork. Who knew it was so much math? Because I didn't
Today is my first day off in 5 months and I am enjoying it. The only reason I have the day off is because Diego and Amelia are getting married.
Flashback (3 months ago)
We are all at Diego's restaurant. He had closed the restaurant for the day.
Amelia doesn't know it yet, but Diego is going to propose to her.
I went with Diego to pick up the ring and it took him 5 hours and 10 different shops to find the perfect ring.

Right now we are all eating and waiting for dessert. Diego told the waiter to put the ring in one of the cakes for her
The waiters are on their way to the table and Carlos and I are so excited. All we ever wanted was Diego happy and right now this is the happiest I have seen him.
"Here you go ma'am" the waiter said as he placed the cake in-front of Amelia
"Diego. This cake looks so delicious" Amelia said smiling
When she cut into it she felt something in the middle of the cake. When she tore apart the cake she saw the ring and gasped
"Oh my god! Someone dropped a ring in my cake" Amelia said which made me laugh
"No. Honey I made them put the ring in there" Diego said
"Why. That's silly....wait....oh my god" she said and started crying
Diego got on one knee and took the ring from her and headed up to her
"Amelia. Ever since that day you sewed up my arm, I fell in love with your sassy, playful attitude. I knew you were mine the first time I saw you...I know it's cliche, but it's true. It was love at first sight. I drove 40 minutes everyday just so that I could see you and build up the courage to ask you out. Before you say it... I know, why is the mafia leader nervous about asking you out. Well I wanted it to be perfect. It took me a month to plan our first date, I wanted it to be memorable and it was" Diego said smirking which made Amelia blush
