(Hanseo's POV)

I was on my way to home after finishing up the work at Babel.

My phone buzzed.

"Yeoboseyo", I said.

"Hanseo-ssi, it's me Kang Haejoon"

"Ne, Haejoon-ssi", I replied not knowing what to say.

Why is he calling me?

"Are you with Lia? If not then do you know where is she?"

"Wait a second", I tracked down the address and told it to him.

Is something wrong?

Without giving a second thought I rushed towards the location. Luckily I was not so far.

I was startled when I heard a gun shot sound.

I got off the car and went towards the sounds direction.

I saw Amelia.

She fell on the ground. I ran towards her while Vincenzo shot that person who hurt Lia.

"Lia, are you alright? Don't close your eyes. Can you hear me?", I asked her while shaking her body.

My eyes were tearing up.

"Oppa, don't I act well?", I heard a voice.

It belongs to Lia........?

My eyes widened.

"Oye, Jang Hanseo-ssi. You must really like Lia", Haejoon said.

I was confused.

"Look at the place where she was shot", Chayoung said.

"Bl-blood, there is no blood", I stuttered.

"Oppa, I am sorry if I scared you. I'm alright. I am wearing a bulletproof vest", Lia said.

I sighed in relief.

I stood up seeing Chayoung, Haejoon, Mr Nam were there too.

"Oppa, I'm alright", Lia said as she hugged me.

"Yaah, you.... How can you get in the middle? What if you had really gotten hurt?", Haejoon shouted.

"I'm al-", Lia was about to say but Zo cut her off.

"What's alright? Huh? You...... didn't I told you not to fight", he shouted and touched where she was shot.

"Ahhh"

"Does it hurts?", I asked her.

"Of course it will. The bullet's speed is no joke", Haejoon said.

"Ayeee, pabo", Vincenzo said as he hit Lia's head lightly.

"Ahhh"

"Blood", I heard Chayoung say.

She had a cut on her forehead.

This girl...
Why does she gets hurt all the time.....?

"It's not a big deal", Lia said.

(Amelia's POV)

I actually wore this bulletproof vest because I was testing if it really works. I was going to buy it everyone's safety.

I didn't lie about falling down atleast. I lost my balance because of the force of the gun.

Zo told Jang Junwoo not to come anywhere without thinking like today. While our sweet potato selling shadows came and cleaned up the place.

Now we will lock those killers in the car.

"Zo, let's go now", I said.

“Where? You are not coming with us", Haejoon said.

“Ani, I want to come", I whined like a kid.

“No, you don't have to", Zo said.

“Oppa, I wa-"

“No"

“But-"

“No buts, Hanseo-ssi can you take her home?", Zo asked Hanseo.

“Sure", he replied.

“But my bike?", I asked.

“I will bring it with me", Haejoon said.

Aish...

Do they think I'm a little kid?

I sat inside hanseo's car. Now he was ignoring me.

“Oppa, I'm really sorry. I didn't mean to scare you", I apologized.

“Really, I'm not lying"

“Oppa~~~", I did some aegyo.

“Arraseo, stop now", he said and smiled.
