"Leo get back here" I said running after my three year old son. He giggled and continued running through the house. "Here mom," Josh said, walking in holding Leo. I took Leo and kissed Josh's hair, "Thank you" I said, he nodded and walked back to his room.
Josh is seven now and Adriana is four, Josh is an exact replica of his father. Leo is a little troublemaker and Adriana is still my sweet innocent little girl.
I sat on the couch and continued putting Leo's shoes on. The front door closed and I looked up to see Xander walking into the living room, "hey" I said, sitting Leo on the ground and letting him run off. Xander walked over and wrapped his arms around me, "Hi" he mumbled kissing my cheek. I pulled away and rested my hands on his chest, "I have to go get ready for dinner" I said, kissing his cheek and walking away. I stopped halfway up the steps and looked at Xander, "Can you get Adriana ready?" I asked, he nodded and walked upstairs behind me.
I walked out my closet and picked out my outfit. We are going to dinner with his parents tonight. They have yet to meet Leo. I know, I know, it has been three years, but his parents have been in Rome for three years and they are just returning. I don't even think Xander told them about Leo, he said they rarely talked.

I walked back downstairs and grabbed Leo sitting him on my hip, Josh came downstairs and stood next to me. "Xander" I called up the stairs, I looked at my watch and saw it was 6:50 and the restaurant was 15 minutes away. He walked downstairs holding Adriana and stopped in front of me, "Ready" he said and I nodded following him out to the car. Once the kids were buckled in we drove to the restaurant.
I grabbed Leo from the back and sat him on my hip, Josh grabbed my hand and I led us into the building, Xander following close behind with Adriana in his arms. I heard a gasp and looked to my left only to find Rose standing there with her jaw dropped.
"When did you have another one?" she asked, walking over and taking Leo from my arms. I looked at Xander and he shrugged at me, I shook my head and looked back at Rose who was admiring Leo. "Let's sit," she said, leading us to a table in the back. I pulled out a chair for Josh and then Xander pulled out a chair for me. Josh sat to my right and Xander sat to my left with Leo in Rose's lap and Adriana in a baby chair at the end of the table.
Leo started crying and Rose tried to calm him down, Xander stood and walked around the table taking him and coming to take his seat again. I took him from Xander and rubbed his back, rocking him back and forth. I looked around but did not see Robert anywhere, "He had some business to attend to" Rose said, I nodded and sat Leo in my lap with his head on my chest.
"What is his name?" she asked, "Leo" Xander said from beside me. Rose smiled and then turned her attention to Josh, "how are you doing" she asked, he looked up, "I am good thank you" he said politely. I smiled at his well used manners, I rubbed his head and he looked at me and offered a small smile. He is growing up so fast, he is now in second grade and he is top in his class.
"And what about you?" she asked Adriana, Adri giggled and clapped her hands. I chuckled and ran my hand up and down Leo's back.

After we finished eating we bid Rose goodbye and made our way back home. "That was nice" I said carrying a sleeping Leo into the living room. Xander chuckled and threw his keys on the counter, "yeah" he mumbled before walking upstairs. I laid Leo on the couch and placed pillows around him. I kissed his head and made my way upstairs. "Mommy" I looked at the top of the stairs and saw Adriana standing there, I smiled and ran up the stairs grabbing her in my arms, "Hi baby" I cooed, kissing her cheeks.
"Belle" I heard Xander calling me from our room, I walked towards our door with Adriana sitting on my hip. When I walked in Xander was sitting on the bed only wearing sweatpants, "Yes?" I asked, he looked up and opened his arms for me. I walked over and stood between his legs, he wrapped his arm around my upper thighs and kissed my stomach, "Go change and I will change the kids, then we can watch a movie in bed" he said, I smiled and bent down sitting Adriana in his lap, I kissed his lips and ran to the closet to change.

I walked out and sat on the bed, I pulled the covers back and got under, "Mommy" I heard Josh yell and then I felt a tiny body lying on top of mine. I hugged him and watched Xander walk in with Adriana and a wide awake Leo. Xander sat next to me and Josh sat in my lap, Ariana sat in Xanders lap, and Leo sat in between me and Xander.
I smiled and kissed Josh's head. I am so happy to have a family who loves me.
