Chapter 20

Ryujin's PoV

So, she's back. Hm. Doesn't bother me. I was just surprised that she's my girlfriend's cousin! I didn't know!

"Get your ass here, Shin! You do know that we have a test today, right?!" My classmate told me over the phone

"Oh. Shit," I whispered to myself and I quickly stood up

"I thought so. You have 30 minutes," And with that, he ended the call

Out of all the things that I could've forgotten. I forgot the freaking test? If I come late, I'm pretty sure I will be sent to Yeji again and that will not be a nice way to start my morning. Having your girlfriend give you a lecture about being late is fun but also annoying. It is fun since it ends up to a steamy make-out. On the other hand, it's annoying since I hate how she goes back to giving me a lecture right after a hot make-out!

I still can't believe that Yeji's my girlfriend now! The girl that I have been pursuing for several weeks is now mine! I have the rights to pull her away from anyone anytime I want to, I have the rights to kiss her and show her off to everyone, I have the rights to be her baby, I have the rights to treat her like a princess, and I have the rights to love her unconditionally. The perks of having Hwang Yeji as a girlfriend.

I quickly drove to the university. I still have five minutes to spare when I went down my car. I was about to go to my class but a fucking fucker has stopped me from doing so. Choi Beomgyu was standing in front of me and he was blocking the staircase. His minions were beside him

"Beomgyu, get out of my way," I told him

"We won a game, Shin. You want to continue that fight now?" He challenged

This person is really persistent! I hate it! I would've liked it if I was in the mood but I am not!

"Some other time, Beomgyu," I said as I tried to push him away but he didn't move

"Be a man of your fucking words, Shin," He told me and I glanced at my watch, 3 minutes.

When I looked at him, I was welcomed by a jab. I wasn't ready for that. It wasn't enough to make me stumble though. He was about to pull a right hook on me but I quickly blocked it with my left arm. When the punch was stopped, I grabbed him by his collar. Tightly. His friends were stopping me but I can't be moved

"If I tell you to get out of my way, you will," I warned and I pushed him to his friends

"We will continue this, Beomgyu. Don't worry," I said and I ran to my class

Whooo! A minute to spare! I quickly sat on a free seat. The teacher was handing out test papers already. Good thing, I was quick. The test isn't that hard. I can pass it but I'm not sure I'll ace it.

My grades are not that good but it was average which was enough to keep my scholarship intact.

Everyone looked at the door when someone knocked. It was Yeji. Ah shit. Here we go.

"Good morning, may I please excuse Ryujin?" She asked the teacher

The teacher checked if I handed my test in already and if it was done okay. Then he nodded. I grabbed my bag and I followed Yeji to her office. Oh. My girl is so hot with her serious face on. I slumped myself on the chair in front of her. She was not talking.

"I'm sorry. I just need to finish this, love," Yeji told me and she rummaged through the papers on the table

This year is also Yeji's graduating year and because we're nearing the end of the school year. Everything's crucial for her. Sometimes, I want to help her with stuff but she's too smart for me to actually help her. So, the least I can do is just be there for her.
