"Raindrop Domain, Yin Field activate."

The moment Jingsung had spoken, a translucent dome of energy appeared above the duo. The dome started small, just around Jingsung, but it expanded to a few hundred meters in a fraction of a second.

'For beings like me, there are many ways to polarise energy.'

Thanks to the yin field, Jingsung had covered every ordinary raindrop into a yin-rich raindrop.

'I may not be of pure yin, but I understand the laws of yin and yang better than him. He should not be able to polarise my water now- eh?'

Will had taken two steps during this process and was now about to exhale, but his exhalation was not a simple breathing out. Before he exhaled, mid-motion, he chanted the necessary mantra in his mind.

'Harmony in the mind, chaos in nature. The Dao begot one. One begot two. Two begot three. And three begot the ten thousand things. The ten thousand things carry yin and embrace yang. They achieve harmony by combining these forces.'

"Hah." This was the tenth step

Jingsung Ha was gobsmacked by the development. A transparent shockwave expanded from Will, creating a small area around Will that had completely isolated the water around the duo. The Shockwave of energy past Jingsung but it did nothing, at least not to him directly.

"It's number 7!" shouted a stunned Jingsung.

Solitary Sword Sovereign 7th Chapter: The Breath of Solitude

The Breath was a Higher Sense that allowed any being to become a conduit for energy around them. There were naturally different kinds of Breaths. The Breath of Solitude was a Breath that called for the Dao of Solitude, allowing practitioners of the skill to infuse the law of Solitude into their aura, forces and attacks.

Jingsung knew how the boy had used number 7 as the basis for his attack on the atlas columns, but this was just ridiculous. Will had 'isolated' Jingsung from his own water. He no longer had any ties to the raindrops around him.

'The Isolation Concept of the Dao of Solitude. This boy has already conceived something could barely even touch upon even at level 200. To truly be 'Solitary', one needs to be at the top of the food chain. Natural Sovereigns are beings recognized by both the resident planet and the laws of the Martial Way as being the most talented. It is said that nothing brings more solitude than being at the top. The creator of the SSS manual is said to have been a Monarch of some sort who came to the same conclusion.

That Monarch gave up their throne and focused on becoming a swordsman by cultivating the inspiration of the 'Solitary' concept. The SSS manual was a result of that. No matter how many techniques you learn from that manual unless you touch upon the door that is Solitude it is useless.'

Jingsung Ha was a Solitary Sword Swordsman of the highest calibre so he was overqualified to speak on the topic. He was quite thrilled at having found a worthy candidate for the role of Executioner, but he was still wary.

Will's sword was in his left hand while his right hand was free. His free hand gathered frigid water qi. Then as he walked something odd occurred. His originally normal fist turned into a water-like substance right in front of Jingsungs eyes. Will did not give his opponent time to react, as that would be disrespecting one's opponent on the battlefield. He stepped forth and exploded with force. He punched forward with a watery arm that was now covered by a thin layer of frost. This was his 12th step

"Hydrolytic Fission!"

Skill: Hydrolytic Fission

Class: B+

Class Restriction: Hydromancer or Top Tier Water Type Class

Level Restriction: 70

Special restriction: The user must have an extremely high affinity with the Water element and have a strong mind.

Description: An ability that allows a user to convert any water within a certain region into Kinetic Energy for a concussive blast. The water energy conversion is infectious by nature and spreads by contact between water molecules. Works best underwater or in extremely humid environments. Can cause damage to one's blood vessels and spiritual network if not used with caution.

The range of water affected is proportional to the energy output during the moment of skill release.

Before Will had arrived, he had asked his subordinates, courtesy of the dragon heart empire, to gather as many skills as they could that he could use. Especially water abilities. Hydrolytic Fission was the best skill Will had received during that time. It allowed him to evaporate and convert all the water in a certain area into kinetic energy that blasted outward. This was an infectious wave, meaning the water molecules could infect others to convert into energy, like a Mexican Wave of fission.

The punch was a blast wave that destroyed all the water around the duo. This was a skill Jingsung Ha had come across quite often.

'This is the reason Meisters are so hard to deal with. they are the only obtainable class. If a person with high enough water affinity were to kill a Meister, then they would gain Meister's class and become a water Meister themselves. Not only gaining Meister's class but all their skills and comprehension. The same would happen if Meister won, you would receive every water-based skill or comprehension your enemy has. That's why they are known as butchers, because they travel worlds, slaughtering countless people to gain their abilities and strengths to add them to their own. This boy has killed a Hydromancer!' analysed Jingsung. He had once been a Water Meister and had hunted many water-type fighters, so he was extremely confident in his theory.

A Hydromnacer was said to be unkillable, due to the class signature trait. It allowed one to convert their entire body into water! Dragonheart's most feared Supreme was given a nickname, The Undying Witch, due to this trait. Not only could she change her body into water, but she could also produce large amounts of water from her own body to attack. If she physically came into contact with a body of water, then she would also be able to manipulate it.

Will had a plethora of skills he had not used because he could only focus on a few at a time. He barely had time to train and adjust to these skills. Not to mention he had Higher Senses and his own custom skills to worry about. But some skills were too useful to ignore. By compounding the Hydromancer's ability to convert flesh to water with the infectious trait of Hydrolytic Fission, he could utilize the skill to superb form. Reaching twice the result for half the effort.
