Since no one writes fic about this pair in my native language nor in English, I really wanted to write one because I like this pairing. (I found several fics about them in Filipino or Tagalog (I guees) language tho!).
People argue that Seokhoon and Seokkyung are raised as twin although they are not blood related, therefore it is digusting to pair them up.
However, I think the shock on Seokyung side can be so great that she could see him as not her twin brother anymore. And for Seokhoon, his affection for Seokkyung can be the fuel for the changing feeling inside him. Moreover, he already knew that Seokkyung is not his twin.
