I crossed my hands and Raj followed my actions as we both looked at the couple in front of us.

Trisha sipped her juice nervously looking at both of us from time to time.

Last week when we went home it was already late so I slept as soon as my body touched the bed.

That's why here we are in a restaurant for lunch and off course for an interview with my best friend's to-be-boyfriend.

"Why do you think I should let you date her?" I asked sassily.

"And why do you think I need your permission to date her?" Rudra replied with the same sassiness.

"Of course you need our permission we are her best friends" Raj scoffed.

"Who told you, you are my best friend?" Trisha asked.

"You wound me, Trisha, I didn't expect this from you," Raj said dramatically placing his hand on his chest.

"You see you will need to pass our test if you want to date her," I said firmly.

Rudra groaned. But Trisha patted his arms telling him to co-operate.

"What test?" Rudra asked because he had no other options.

"We will ask you questions you have to answer them" Raj replied.

"Uhh sir, ma'am your order?" A waiter interrupted us.

"We will order later," Rudra told the waiter and the waiter turned around to leave.

"No wait!" I stopped him

"We are hungry we will order first, the interview can wait," I said going through the menu.

Rudra scoffed.

Taking our orders the waiter went back and the atmosphere around the table shifted again.

"So let's start-" I suggested.

"What is your name?" Raj interrupted me.

I looked at him raising my eyebrow.

"What? We should start from basic" Raj said like it is the most common thing.

"Rudra Anand Tiwari"

"Good! What do you do for a living?" It was my turn to ask now.

"Seriously?" Trisha asked.

"I work as an assistant, you know where" Rudra replied lazily.

What should I ask next?

"How many people are there in your family?" Raj asked.

" 8, Me, my mom dad, my nani, my chachu and Chachi two cousins one brother one sister"

"Do you all live together?" I asked widening my eyes.
