Net seems attracted to one of my employees, Yim. He keeps on looking in his direction every time we ate at the cafeteria. I can sense that there's something between them. Even Yim is taking a glance in their direction.
I don't know why Net is here and is working in my company. I just let him do what he wants since he is my cousin but if he did something bad that will make me mad then I will kill him for sure. Okay, enough with the drama
"Tell me Net" He started the conversation. He is curious, what's the score between Net and Yim
"What?" Net acts like an innocent
"Are you and Yim, are in a relationship?" Net almost fell in his chair when he heard my question. Does it so shocking for him?
"Of course not. I have James. I don't want to leave him" Net is obvious. And did he say, he has a boyfriend?
"James? Why does it seem like I heard that name somewhere?"
"Don't ask too many questions, let's eat" but still I'm not convinced by his answers
Poor James doesn't know that his boyfriend is adoring someone. This is one of the reasons why he doesn't want to enter a relationship. Probably he will fight with someone, just like them. NuNew and him. They used to fight.
After they eat, Net excuses himself while he goes to his office. When he is near his door office, he saw a man with a white cardigan and black shirt hesitating to get inside NuNew office. What is he doing there? And who is he?
"Ahem..."
The man earlier saw him and even bowed at him. No one dares to do that but him, only him
"Ahm... I am wondering if Mr NuNew is here, I would like to pass this --" The man didn't finish his word when Net spokes at my back
"James?"
Does he know this man? When I look at the person whose name is James, his eyes wide in shock
"Net? What are you doing here?"
Net POV
What is he doing here? Why is it here? My heart started to beat erratically. I am not excepting him to see here. Does he know I'm here? Is he following me? It's not that I am doubting him but I never told him about my work here.
"What are you doing here?" Why does it seem like he doesn't want me to see here?
"I'm working here. How about you? What are you doing here? Do you have business here?" James changed his face. I know that kind of face. The war is about to begin
"I'm here for NuNew, my friend. I have something to talk to him about. I didn't know you are working here" This must be a secret but things were just so fast
"I'll excuse myself first" Zee then excised himself and now me and James are only here
"Let's talk about this in the house. I have something to do" but not when I was going to walk when James hold my arm with force
"Tell me. Are we still okay? Why are you being like this again?"
James POV
I can't help myself but shout at him. We are going to be like this again. Net is hiding something from me. I knew it. And I know he has someone here. Why am I didn't notice it in the first place? I know Net is waiting for someone, his childhood friend. Huh!
"James, don't start a mess here. Let's go home" but I'm not easy to get
"No, I still have business here. Let go of me" but instead of letting my hand go, he force me to drag me
"Let go of me" I tried to get my hand but he is too strong
When we are near the elevator, I saw a man with thick eyeglasses. He is looking at me and Net. He did even notice Net hand holding mine. I notice also that Net stopped when he saw him.
I can feel the tension between them. Is he the one? Is the one whose Net looking for? I remember net childhood friend's name is four eyes. He even gave that name to him. Don't asks me where did I get his past. Net doesn't seem to want to tell me.
I didn't wait for him to let me go instead I walk in disbelief and disappointment. My tears couldn't help but fall. My heart, my heart is starting to ache. I can't believe this! Net did not even approach me. How could he do that to me in front of me?
"Are you okay? It's not good to see a beautiful man crying like a puppy" A piece of tissue was being offered by a stranger
It was a guy with his polo and black pants. He looks cool. His face made even him handsome. He accepts the tissue and wipes his tears
"Thank you" his eyes are a bit sober and his cheeks are red
The guy keeps on glancing at him which made him look awful. That damn Net will pay for this. He can't accept the fact that Net betray him. He loves him so much. He did everything for him just to make him feel comfortable and loved by him. He clearly remembers, he did nothing wrong with him. He just loves him from the bottom of his heart.
A/N: Net...😭 Why???... What will happen to James? Let's find it out.
