Substitutes

Some commons substitutes for things!

For crystals- clear quartz, this can be found natural in lots of rocks outside or you can buy some!

For herbs- rosemary or if it calls for chamomile you can use a chamomile tea leaves

For flowers- rose petals

For candles- white or unsented

For oils- olive oil

For water: tap water or moon water

For salt- regular white salt

You nature to your advantage, and look at the spices and things you have at home in the kitchen!
