I finally did it after four years. I'm done with high school, and to say I'm happy is an understatement. Don't get me wrong, I had one of the best high school experiences,
well up until the summer after my sophomore year, but you already know that story
After Paige left, time was prolonged, and everything got ten times harder. Fortunately, Alex and Matt were there for me. I met Matt during my junior year of high school, and now I literally can't imagine life without him.
No, he's not my bf. Which leads to my the second thing I'm a lesbian . Once I " healed" from my breakup with Paige I tried dating boys it didn't last a week...... And since I didn't wanna date another girl I just gave up on dating in high school. Anyway back to graduation
Currently, the three of us are taking grad pics. "I swear to Gosh bitch. You better get my good side." Matt said to Alex "Move, one more fucking time and I'm throwing your phone" She replied
"OK I'm just gonna take this, thank you," I said taking the phone away from Alex
After about five minutes, Matt was finally satisfied with his pictures. " okay can we go eat" I say as my stomach growled
They both nodded and we made our way to the parking lot. " damn I'm kinda gonna miss this place" Alex said "Me too, me too" I said but in a whisper "Meh it was ok I guess". Matt commented
At the restaurant
"omg wait does she still text?" Matt asked "don't know I kinda blocked her number before the year started" Two years later and somehow she still gets brought up from time to time
"yea I remember you cried for a whole hour straight," Alex said not looking up from her phone "Why wasn't I known of this," Matt said before Alex come back with "Because you were too busy hooking up with a boy" "oh reasonable"
Time jump: they left the restaurant and are now in Alex's room
" remind me why I decided to go to college with the two of you again." I said laughing "Because you love and can't live without us," Matt replied "True but did you really have to pick the college that you know who goes to" I responded then after Matt Said "Now see that was all ms Perez's idea"
"Okay okay listen they have the best Economics major, Matt you want marketing boom they have it too, Nova I know you didn't intend on going to college and now look you literally got a full ride where IN UCONN, it's so perfect and Two add ons they have the best games And parties.
Alex was right; I didn't intend to go to college. It's a big waste of money & time.
But then Alex and Matt convinced me to at least try to apply for scholarships, which I did, and of course, Uconn just had to be the university to give me a scholarship( very grateful tho). Which like Alex pointed out was kinda Perfect but still Paige goes There. Let's just hope she doesn't find out. Plus student-athletes and regular students rarely cross paths.
