At the garage a couple of days later, Malia and Jack were at school, the rest of the team apart from Vince were there.
"Got a TR7 here, with a ball-bearing upgrade. What it's going to do is, it's going to spool up really quick" Jesse explains

Isabella chuckles "Fuck that, if he breaks her heart make it more painful" she suggests, which causes her brother to chuckle but Brian gulps knowing that she was being serious
"That's not gonna happen" Brian says looking between the two
The two sibling share a look before standing up "We wanna show you something" Dom states as the three leave the garage and head to the Toretto house
Arriving at the house the two siblings walk to the garage before sliding the door open revealing two 1970 dodge chargers "Wow" Brian says in shock
"Me and our dad built her" Dom says gesturing to his

"They're beasts" Dom adds "you know what she ran in the Palmdale?"
"No, what does she run?" Brian questions
"Nine seconds flat" Isabella says proudly

"So what's your best time?" he asks glancing between the siblings who share a look

Jack sighs at that looking between his kids "Issy, Dom" he says softly
Everyone else's, apart from those who know why, eyes widen at the revelation.
"That's our dad" Dom says pointing at a picture on the wall "he was coming up in the pro stock-car circuit. Last race of the season" Dom starts to explain
"A guy named Kenny Linder came up from inside, in the final turn, clipped his bumper and put him into the wall at a 120. We watched our dad burn to death" Isabella continues swallowing the lump in her throat
