While Sakura was talking her weeping mom, Kakashi woke up and found himself in a dim lighted room

It didn't take him long to understand that he was in the infametory

He tried to get up but just ended up coughing violently. Everyone in the room noticed him awake. Shoko was the first one to reach him and give him a glass of water

She looked really guilty. She was really guilty

How she had disappointed her dear boyfriend. She was ashamed but was ready to make it up to him

She and Obito helped Kakashi sit up

"Are you okay, Kakashi-kun?"

Rin asked in a very worried voice

"What were you thinking, Bakashi? You almost got yourself killed"

Obito asked, he tried to sound annoyed but could only manage to sound relived

Obito was just glad he found his best friend back. The last thing he wanted was to loose his annoying friend again. That thing already happened once and didn't need to repeat

"Mah~ I am perfectly fine. I just have a bit of a sore body that will go away eventually "

Kakashi said with his usual close eyed smile. He sounded like he just didn't almost die 15 minutes ago

Obito, Haibara and Shoko deadpaned at him

Gojo chuckled and Rin sweat dropped

"Like did you lose some of your brain cells while you were passed out, Bakashi? Cause you sure do sound like you did"

Obito said in a mocking tone  while rolling his eyes

Rin patted his head and gently told him

"You were healed, Kakashi-kun. That's why you don't feel that much. But you were in very bad shape when you were brought here. Your lungs were filled with toxin that had to be removed. The procedure was painful and hard"

She explained

Kakashi blinked, he couldn't remember much of the mission. It felt like it all went out in a blur

He sighed. If everyone was saying this, then he might have been in a bad situation

"Okay, if you say so, Rin-chan. I am sorry to everyone I worried. Okay?"

He asked with a chuckle

He was happy seeing everyone so worried for him. It's god to know there are people who care about you

Then he heard soft snuffle. He looked to his side and found his dear girlfriend in tears looking at him hopefully

He got a little panicked

"Why are you crying, Shoko-chan? Did someone say something to you? Or is it for me? I am fine now, really"

She just shook her head

"I am sorry Kakashi. I didn't trust you and fought with you because of the girl Satoru said about"

He blinked at her in confection

She was still sniffling and looking at him with wide hopeful eyes

"Damn..... This woman is too cute for her own good"

He thought to himself, amused with the situation

Of course he wasn't mad at her. He didn't even remember it

"Mah~ Shoko-chan, you don't have to. You're forgiven. Now don't cry, you're making me feel bad"

A small smile came to her face
