On a new day, I got ready to go for work. As i descensed the stair's for breakfast,i saw my whole family settled for breakfast.
I greeted them and took my breakfast.
"Avika, I don't know but are you ok with this na" My father asked me again about marriage.
"Yes papa." I said.
"Ok, today Mr. Melhotra will meet me for fixing the dates. I think we should do the roka and engagement." papa said and asked.
"Yes, if everything is well then we should" Bhai said and mumma also agreed.
"Okay, i will tell you all what they said in this." He said.
"Okay" we all agreed.
"Avika, ab teri shadi ho jayegi aur tu chali jayegi phir tera room shreyash ka" Bhai teased me because he know how particular i'm about my room. (Avika, now after your wedding you will go and your second best room will be of shreyash)
"Noo, no one is going to take my room. Okay. My room have to be how i leave it, papa" i said this to him and papa.
"Yes,no one will take her room" papa said and i hugged him.
"Kyu shreyash se tu pyar nai karti" Bhai asked. (Why, don't you love shreyash)
" I love my nephew very much but i don't think to show this i have to give my room to him." I said.
" And why is this, madam" He asked.
My whole family is seeing our bickering like a movie with eating parathas as popcorn enjoying.
" Because my room is given my room by my father with love. If you love your son, you should give him a room by yourself not by snatching mine." I explained him dramatically.
"Okay madam" He said shooking his head.
The breakfast ended on a happy note with our daily entertainment. I also got to my office and continued my work.
Around 2'O clock papa called me to inform the dates. He said that they are saying to do roka with engagement tomorrow because then karan have to go abroad for sone days. I agreed for this. He also told me that they wanted to do wedding after around 3 weeks if we are ready.
