Akshara to Adhiraj: Ap jhooth kyu bol rahe hai. Ap mere abhinav ho. Please chaliye mere saath. Abhir apko dekhke bahot khush hoga.

Adhiraj : Oh hello. Apko sunai nahi de raha kya? Behri hai kya? Mai koyi abhinav nahi hu. Mai Adhiraj hu, Adhiraj Prakash.

Akshara : Abhinav ap majak kar rahe hai na and went to hold his hands

Adhiraj : He shaked her hands and left the place.

Akshara followed him suddenly she started feeling pain in her stomach. She screamed but Adhiraj didn't listen. She realised it can't be abhinav.

Akshara in her mind : Yeh mere abhinav nahi ho sakte. Abhinav mujhe dard mai kabhi akela nahi chor sakte.

People there helped her to reach the hospital.

Akshara reached birla's and went
Straight to abhimanyu's room. She asked him why didn't he tell her about meeting abhinav's lookalike.

Abhimanyu: Mai toh bas cross check kar raha hai ki woh abhinav ji hai ki nahi. Woh abhinav ji nahi hai akshara. Woh bas unki tarah dikhte hai. Akshara also agreed to him.

Abhimanyu: Akshara please tum us admi se dur raho. Tumhe aur takleef hogi.

Akshara ; Tumne sahi kaha. Woh kabhi mere abhinav ban bhi nahi sakta. Abhinav ki tarah dikhne se koyi abhinav nahi ban sakta.

Next day people started preparing for akshara abhimanyu's wedding. Akshara is feeling restless. She can't forget that incident of meeting abhinav's look a like. She still have doubt about this wedding. So she plans to postpone it further so that she gets time to think.

She called her gynac to come to Goenka house to tell everyone that she has some serious complications in her pregnancy and they have to keep her under observation for next 2 months until delivery ( fake drama )

Her gynac did exactly same and everyone in goenka fam got tensed. They all agreed to postpone for marriage till her delivery. Akshara felt relieved. She got admitted to birla hospital for checkups. There she met Adhiraj again.

Adhiraj : Aree ap toh piche hi padh gayi. Yaha bhi chali ayi.

Then a nurse came and said she is to be Mrs birla, owner of this hospital.

Akshara felt uncomfortable hearing that

Adhiraj : Oh toh ap Mr abhimanyu birla ki wife hai.

Akshara immediately said : nahi nahi, mai Mrs birla nahi hu. I mean abhi tak hamari shaadi nahi hui.

Adhiraj : Looking at her baby bumb and gave confusing expressions.

Then they both went in opposite directions.

Abhir went to meet akshara in the hospital. Abhimanyu saw him coming and immediately took him to his room so that he don't see Adhiraj . He started playing with abhir.

Abhir asked : Docman mai toh mumma se Milne aya tha. Mumma kaha hai. Mumma se milke ap mujhe ghar jaana hai driver uncle wait kar rahe hai

Abhimanyu in a shaky voice : Mumma abhi so Rahi hai, unki tabiyat abhi theek nahi hai tum discharge k baad mil Lena. Ab tum jao. Abhir went back to goenka house.

Here Abhimanyu refused to do any deal with prakash Industries despite them being the best medical equipments suppliers. Birla's have all their equivalents defective still he choose to let go Prakash’s deal.

Adhiraj said : Apke paas 1 week hai uske baad apko yeh deal waise bhi nahi milegi so give it a second thought mr birla.

Abhimanyu : Ap yaha se jayiye aur please wapas mat ana.

Adhiraj left birla hospital

Anand birla came to hospital asked abhimanyu about the dealership of equipments. Abhimanyu said they were not interested. Anand got scared as so many patients' treatment got paused due to this.

Anand : abhimanyu hume kal k kal equipments chahiye aur woh bhi non defective. Kal nahi mila toh birla hospital ka naam kharab ho jayega.

Abhimanyu: Mai kuch karta hu.

Here anand called adhiraj's father and requested them to accept their dealership.

Next day Adhiraj was standing outside birla hospital and his father went inside to finalize the deal. ( Anand and adhiraj's father are good friends so he agreed even after his son's insult )

It was akshara's discharge day. Abhir went to birla hospital to pick her up. She was standing at the gate while abhir was coming towards her. Abhir suddenly saw Adhiraj and went in deep shock
