"should we wake her up?" azzi whispered looking across the room at her sleeping friend.
"i don't know, it is already 1:00pm." cilla whispered back.
"she did have a rough night last night, maybe she needs the rest." nika's words snapped lacy back into reality, making her think about yesterday.
"i'll wake her, it's fine." kk's words got louder as she runs towards lacy's bed. lacy opens her eyes slowly bracing for kk.
"did we wake you?" priscilla makes her way to the girl's bed trying to hold her laughter back.
"yeah, but it's fine i had to get up anyways."
the girls looked at lacy with sympathy and wordiness.
"i'm fine guys, really." lacy tried to reassure her friends, and herself. she ended up leaving the room to go freshen up in the bathroom.
"hey, lacy right?" a voice snapped lacy out of her thoughts once she walked into the hallway.
"yeah, lina hi. i didn't know you lived in this dorm." lacy looked at the blonde in front of her.
"i'm just two doors down actually, if you want to visit anytime just text me, put your number in here." lina handed lacy her phone.
"if you're not doing anything right now, maybe i can come over?" lacy handed the phone back looking at lina with puppy eyes, not wanting to go back to her friends and their questions.
"yeah, that's perfect, i mean my roommate isn't here so i would just be alone." lina rambled as a blush crept onto her cheeks.
"perfect let's go." lacy's mood lightened up a bit following lina into her room. once she walked in the smell of vanilla filled her nose. "smells good in here." she giggled.
"thanks, it's my bath and body works wallflower. i knew it would come in handy if a beautiful girl ever came into my room."
that caused lacy to laugh as they both plopped down onto angelina's bed turning on 10 things i hate about you.
