Back at our hotel I followed the three of them down the hall off the elevator.
Tré walked up the hall to our room and Billie turned to look at Dad.

"Give us a sec?" He asked "We need to have a little chat"

Dad frowned but nodded "I was going to get myself a coffee anyway; I'll be back in a few"

Billie unlocked the door and I followed him inside.

"Start talking..."

I frowned "What are you talking about?"

"You wanted to talk alone, we're alone, start talking"

"I..." I shook my head "It's no big deal..."

"B, come on, I've known you your whole damn life, I know when you're-"

"Billie, it's nothing"

"Bullshit"

"Billie!"

"Talk to me!"

"I don't want to!"

"You did half an hour ago..."

"And now I don't!"

"Bree..."

"I don't want to talk about it!"

"Breena!"

I turned sharply on my heel "Don't!"

Tears pricked my eyes and the reaction from Billie was exactly what I wanted.
His face fell and he pulled me against him

"Talk to me, B..." he whispered in my hair "What's wrong?"

"You can't tell Dad..." I sniffed "Promise me you won't"

"Bree, I can't promise something like that..." he shook his head

"Then I don't want to-" I shook my head pushing him away.

Billie sighed "Alright, alright"

"Promise you won't tell Dad"

"I promise" he nodded

I bit down on my lip and looked up at him. He looked really concerned and for half a second I felt guilty, but I ran my tongue over my bottom lip and sighed.

"Last night..." I whispered "I drank...a lot"

He nodded "I know"

"Tré helped me get ready for bed" I spoke quietly "And-" I swallowed hard

"He..." I let out a shaky breath and looked at him before dropping my eyes. "He came on to me..."

There was a silence and then I jumped when Billie finally spoke

"He what?!"

I looked up at him and he was looking at me seriously "Breena, that's not funny..."

"Am I laughing?" I asked "He kissed me, Billie"

I could practically see the veil of red fall over Billie's eyes. I pushed him back by the shoulders

"Billie, you can't tell Dad, you promised"

"I know I did" he said putting my hands down at my sides.

He was pissed.

He walked around me towards the door and I turned grabbing his arm.

"Billie!"

"Stay here!" He yelled before slamming the door behind him

I knew he promised not to say anything, but that didn't mean he wouldn't and that thought alone made my stomach churn.
