1. practice smiling .

( doesn't matter who it is, it could be your mom, or dad, your guardians, your grandma, etc . )5. exercise at least 7 minutes a day .
( excercising is good for your body, go walk around the neighborhood, go play outside for a little bit, do jumping jacks, sit-ups, etc . )6. go outside .
( go take a walk in nature . put on some music and let your thoughts be free . nature is beautiful and so are you . )7. move closer to work .
( now i know a lot of you that read this book are teens and stuff. so, instead of moving just ask your parents or guardians to go on a lil road trip somewhere. it's not expensive and really fun. just go driving a round for a lil bit . )8. spend time with family and friends .
( spending time with family is fun most of the time . spend time with your aunts and uncles and grandparents . play board games with them . )9. plan a trip but don't take it .
( i know this sounds weird but when you plan a trip it makes you happy so plan a trip maybe you will go when you get older .)10. meditate
( meditating is always calming . it relaxes your brain . i haven't done it but i have seen videos and peoples thoughts and they say it's very relaxing . )
