Percy's POV

As Luke and I stepped through the portal, I realized the true extent of what I was about to do.  I was going back to a place that I vowed never to return to and defend the people who betrayed me.  The problem was, I knew that I was had to do it because of my fatal flaw.  Loyalty.  Sometimes I hate it.  My train of thought was stopped when I stepped out into the throne room of Olympus, with Luke by my side and my army behind me.  The gods didn't look up at our presence, as they were too busy bickering.  After waiting for a solid minute. I cleared my throat.  None of the gods noticed.  I sighed, and put two fingers in my mouth, whistling sharply.  At this, the gods' heads whipped to where we stood in the corner of the gigantic throne room.

"WHO GOES THERE!" Zeus shouted from his throne.  I sinckered.

"Who even says that anymore?" I asked.  Apparently, Zeus was even more short-tempered today than normal, which was saying a lot.  He threw the master bolt straight at me.  I caught it in my hands before it had the chance to smack me in the chest.  "AHHH!" I shouted, the bolt hot on my skin.  "Hot potato, hot potato!" I tossed the lightning bolt from hand to hand.  I then threw it to Luke who stood directly to my right.

"I don't want it!" He screamed at me  He caught the master bolt and, looking around desperately, he chucked it to Emma.

"AHH, WHAT WAS THAT FOR!" she screeched.

"I DON'T KNOW YOU'RE IMMUNE TO FIRE AND STUFF!" He screeched back.

"YOU ABSOLUTE IMBECILE THIS IS LIGHTING NOT FIRE!" Desperate to get rid of the bolt, Emma threw it blindly.  As luck would have it, Chaos stepped out of a portal at that exact moment, easily catching the bolt with one hand, not at all affected by its power.  He raised his eyebrows at our questionable behavior.  I shrugged innocently.  He rolled his eyes before facing the gods.  The gods were all staring at us with their jaws practically touching the floor.

"But... How..." Athena stuttered, trying to figure out how we could easily withstand the force that should have blasted us to smithereens.  Chaos threw the bolt back to its owner.  This seemed to knock Zeus back into reality as he realized who was standing before him.  It was my turn to be surprised when he stood respectfully and the other gods followed his lead.

"Lord Chaos." He said.

"Lord Zeus.  You may be seated."  Chaos said formally.  I resisted the urge to burst out laughing.  I opened a mind link with Chaos.  All of his warriors can communicate telepathically, and we use it when we don't want someone hearing what we're saying.

'Realy? 'You may be seated'?' I asked Chaos.

'I am the creator of the universe, you know.  I have a reputation to uphold amongst powerful beings.' He retorted and closed the mind link.  "You know why we're here.  We're going to help defend Camp Half-Blood from the evil Titans that have risen, and we know that along with Gaea and Atlas, Kronos is also rising."  At the word Kronos, Hermes made a strangled noise.
'Hey Luke, I think someone misses you."  I told him telepathically.

'Yeah, yeah.  Look at your dad.' He responded.

'He's not my dad, he disowned me.' I said bitterly, but I turned my attention to the gods and almost gasped at how Poseidon looked.  He looked worse than he had during the Titan War.  His hair was completely white and he looked like he could be my great-half dead-grandpa, not my father.  His skin was pale and sickly looking with dark bags under his eyes.  He wasn't wearing one of his old loud Hawaiian shirts.  Instead he was wearing a bland shirt and faded, dirty looking jeans.  The biggest difference was that his eyes had lost their playful twinkle.  'Oh gods he looks terrible.  I wonder if something happened to Brendan.'  I thought.  Luke mentally shrugged.  I'm not quite sure how he did that, but I could tell he was shrugging although he was standing stiff as a board beside me.
