Adhira Kapoor is tired of feeling out of control. Her life doesn't feel hers anymore. She's struggling with her career and family. Even her boyfriend seems to be growing distant as she can't seem to be able to fit into his life.

Sometimes, she wishes for it all to go away. For everything to combust into flames and disappear.

Two in the morning, a fatal car accident on the highway. Rudra Shah, the brilliant emergency medicine resident, finds his girlfriend in the emergency ward. He certainly doesn't expect himself to be fighting for her every breath and trust. Admist the chaos, will he be able to keep her pulse alive? Or will he lose her forever?
