Chapter 7 - Independance

The next few days went by pretty uneventfully. Noah and I only shared a few glances across the classroom, and my brothers continued to let me get on with my life.

Saturday morning began with a bang when I woke up to see my 3 brothers leaning over my bed staring at me and in a panic I feel out of my bed.

"Morning little sis" said Liam whilst laughing

"We need to talk" continued Toby

All three boys sat down on my bed as I climbed back into it too. I was a bit worried. The last time they did this Jake was going off to Uni and that was horrible. I was young and with Jake being the oldest I relied on him a lot.

"It's nothing bad Harps don't worry" said Jake "well actually that's up for you to decide"

"We're throwing a party" said Liam

Right.

"It's going to be tonight" he continued

A house party ? We have had a few in the past few years but I've never been allowed to come out of my bedroom.

"So I've got to spend tonight trapped in my bedroom? Well as long as you bring me food I guess" I said a little bit annoyed

"No Harper" not this time "this is your house too and you want your independence. Stay in your room if you want, or invite some friends and join in with the party" said Jake

"Wwwwhaaaat?" I stuttered shocked. "Are you being serious?"

"You wanted to make your own decision Harps. That's all we're doing. But no silliness. And if any of our mates come within 2 meters of you I want you to scream" said Toby seriously

"Okay boys, whatever will help you sleep at night" I replied laughing

"So you'll come down then?" Said Liam

"Yep. I'll be there. With my friends of course. But first I need a new outfit. I'm calling Megs. Get out"

The boys all left me too it as I called Megs and filled her in on what was happening.
