poem; whispers

44 5 1

Whispers sail on the ocean's breeze,
They try to land but no reprieve.
The brightness of the sand doesn't make them pure,
They bring you in just like a lure.

Sailing upon the salty breeze,
There are places to land but not for these,
For their wicked ways taint the sand,
Separating the grains where they stand.
And while most will be wowed,
The whispers will fall fast when allowed.

And soon they will undoubtedly come to me,
For me to decide the fate of thee.
