"Elena is so whiny. She annoys me too much." Kenna complained
"But she's hot" Oliver stated
"Y'all are both dumb" I mumbled
"Says the girl whos obsessed with killer Damon" Oliver mumbled back.
I reached over Lily and slapped him in the chest with a pillow.
"Your gonna pay for that" he narrowed his eyes
Immediately I jumped out of bed running down the stairs, he was right behind me.
"Oliver dont hurt her!" Jack yelled as I ran around the couch
But much to my dismay Oli has a better stamina than me.
I felt his arms wrap around me from behind. My heart started beating fast and chest tightened.
He let go of me. I sat my shaking hands on my knees as I tried to get my breath back.
"Are you trying to kill me?" I asked him breathlessly
"What? No. I've know you my whole life. I know how to control your panic attacks. I know when to stop right before one comes. I mean I did give you your first one." He let out a small laugh
"You asshole." I huffed putting a hand to my heart.
For the first time I looked around the room, there was alot more than just jack there. Dannon, Hero,Tyler, and a little boy.
"I'm sorry" I slammed my hand over my mouth staring at the little boy with wide eyes.
"He's heard worse" Dannon stated eyeing me. "You okay?"
"I'm fine." I gave him a small smile before glaring at Oliver
"Oh stop it. I'll get you Hot Cheetos" he sighed and walked away
"Anna-kate this is my little brother Max" Dannon said pointing to him.
The little boy stares at me with an emotionless face.
"Hi" I said shyly
"Your Mckennas friend, she has pictures of you all over her room." Is all he said
"Umm.. Yeah I am" I mumbled
All of these eyes on me made my anxiety rise. My heart started beating as I looked at them. My chest tightened.
"Your pretty." He finally smiled
His smile made my chest loosen a bit but not alot
"Do you need to step out for a minute?" Jack asked sitting up as he noticed my face.
"No. I think I'm good." I mumbled
"Thank you. You are very handsome" I smiled down at Max
"No I'm hot as hell" he stated suprising me
I stared at him for a minute before bursting into laughter just like the others
