Chapter 21•

One moment you're laughing.. full of life and not wanting the moment to end. In the next moment you're in shock.. your pulse picks up.. your hearts starts crashing against your chest... your cheeks get pink and your mouth gets numb. That's the feeling I got in that moment. Not only that moment.... that's the feeling I get when I'm around you.

"Never have I ever liked someone in this group." Dayna said with a little giggle.

I choked on my drink before everyone spared me one glance not noticing the scared look on my face, right after it got super quite. No one knew how to answer the question because I'm sure it was multiple people in the group with those feelings. I knew Seth and Dayna liked each other and I think thats why she asked and I know I like well I like....

Seth drank first following by Dayna even though it was her question...... we sat there for a second and no one talked or moved. I looked up at Daniel and he was already looking at me making direct eye contact. I decided it was now or never and I wanted to be bold.

I drank. He's eyes switched and they stayed locked before I broke the eye contact. I looked a Steven who looked worried, to seth who looked shocked and to Dayna who just smiled. We all waited for Daniels next move but it never came.

He didn't drink...

ouch..

"umm never have I ever lied in this round of the game." Seth said right away. He was trying to help me which I didn't need right now.

Daniel and I made eye contact once again and both took a big drink. Well now were both super confused.

"Im going to sleep." I stood up and started to walk towards the house in the cold while I was still in my bikini.

"Which room Carter?" Daniel asked using my last name which wasn't really normal for us.

"Which ever one I want." I mumbled.

"What?" he asked probably not hearing me because it was under my breath.

"The one I changed in." I yelled without even looking back. I was officially over this night. I was losing sleep over this boy once again.

I walked into the house feeling the warmth around me and went straight to my room for the weekend. I went in to the connected bathroom before taking my swim suit off and getting into the shower. I got all the dirty water off my body and all the embarrassment off as well.

Once I was satisfied with how clean my body was I got out and put on pajama shorts with a matching shirt that were both light pink it was a cute innocent set form PINK. I brushed my hair before putting it into a braid. I did my night time skin care routine I did a couple times a week before hobbling to bed so tired.

A knock on my door echoed through the room just as I was about to fall asleep and I groaned before pulling the pillow over my head only for the noise to happen again but louder. I stood up furious with whoever who was at the door. I stomped over to the door and swung it open before seeing a Daniel who just looked super tired.
