I am officially done on the pulmonary unit! I am switching to a step-down NICU/general pediatric floor, since they offered it to me due to the hiring freeze. I am feeling a little better than before in terms of my nursing skills, but i think switching units will really cause me to lose some confidence. I hope the transition isn't too rough!!
