Mari's P.o.v

I stopped in my tracks as we reached the warehouse, I looked towards Alex while I gestured towards a window on the second floor, the glass was shattered and it would make sneaking in easier by a whole lot

I put my finger to my lips as I jumped on top of a street light, she got the message. I jumped in the air towards the broken window, I grabbed the window frame not caring that my hands got bloody

I pulled myself up and with one of my hand I pushed in the last shards of glass so it was safe to climb in, my stomach got a few scratches but I didn't care.

I protected my face as I rolled onto the floor which was filled with glass, I got up from the floor and started to clear the glass when a groaning Alex flew through

did she just...

she did not just...

I sighed as I faced her, I glared at her but she just let out a small laugh before slapping a hand over her mouth so she wouldn't make any more noise and I sighed, I was going to say something when we heard a scream ring out through the warehouse followed by a loud slap. It snapped us out of our thoughts and we started moving towards the door

I heard footsteps coming in our direction and some quiet chatter so it was either they were talking about something private and didn't want anyone to hear or they knew we were here

let's hope they don't, I don't anyone to know we're here by finding someone unconscious 

I slowly opened the door and I had my weapon ready to attack only for them to rush past me. His face had a look of pure terror on it and he was mumbling something about an Alice and Time

once he left I started to look around and my eyes instantly landed on the small glint of silver in my eyes, a vent

I rushed over opening the vent before I pulled myself in, it was cramped but both Alex and I were small so we would manage

I heard Alex come in behind me, I stopped so she could put the cover back on the vent before we continued to follow the vent

WE HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING THIS VENT FOR 5 MINUTES AND I AM GETTING OVER IT

First, we almost get caught by a guy doing his round because he farted and Alex thought it was funny until I mentioned that she would get us caught and we wouldn't be able to free the twins. that shut her up and she even had a dangerous look in her eye when I said that and I almost thought she was going to attack me, I feel sorry for her victim

Second, the closer we got to them the more screams we heard and the worst part was that they were from different directions so they were separated so that would make this a whole lot harder and we wouldn't be able to get out without being noticed

And finally third, there were so many people there. We wouldn't even be able to let them see us before it was reported and they knew we were here

groups of twenty were in every room we passed and the number only got bigger every room we passed and I could only assume this was a trap for Batman, okay I knew it was a trap for Batman

I heard a creak but I ignored it, I felt something touch my leg and I looked back to see the metal of the vent below the bolts

wait...

OH F#!K 

THERE WERE NO BOLTS

THE VENT WAS A TRAP

I looked down below to see a large group of people rounding the corner, one of them were talking into the walkie-talkie that they all had

they heard the creaking

'im screwed' was the last thought in my mind before the vent fell to the floor because of my weight, Alex followed next and landed on top of me

I let out a nervous chuckle at the sight of over twenty guns being pointed at me, I heard footsteps rounding the corner with their guns ready

"This isn't our hotel"

"seriously Mari" Alex groaned out as she whacked me on the back of my head

"OoOoo you came to save your friends I presume?" I froze at that remark, I had gone over every villain and I was hoping and wishing that we wouldn't meet him

were absolutely screwed, oh why did the twins have to go and kidnapped by....him

Damian's P.o.v

I groaned at the position the peasants that came from had gotten themselves into

Two of them had gotten kidnapped and then another two  had gone to save them and when we searched the hotel we found a blond brat sitting on a bed reading a magazine talking to an awake CATWOMAN

yep this was where she was when Father and the others were worrying about her, apparently, she was saved by a blue-haired girl

the same blue-haired brat who had a female Greyhound who I mistook for Titus

the same blue-haired brat that ran away with her friend when they found a location

the same blue-haired brat that got kidnapped by the Joker because she thought she could save her friend

apparently, Grayson, Drake and Todd found this hilarious about how many times we ran into them

they even said that I could be her 'Prince charming' HA

we had an idea as to where they were so now we have to save them

I smirked, this would get my brothers off my back for apologizing to that harlot and I get to take out my anger on Joker goons as payback.....

Payback? I don't need payback

this is weird what is that weird anger I have! this is so annoying. Maybe Grayson will know

HA HA HA I finally got the computer set up! I hope you enjoyed this chapter I already have a plan for the next few chapters though I do start school on Monday I will be updating though.

My goal is two chapters a week but I also have other books to update soo...I don't know but I will be updating this once a week
