I was swept into a ball room, dozens of red eyes fixed onto me as soon as we walked in. I faltered in my steps momentarily, my expression suddenly unsure as I momentarily panic. The kings immediately crowd me. Marcus' hand rubs my back soothingly as Aro stands in front of me.
"It's alright mia cara. They are just excited and curious. We have been readying the castle for you since Marcus began to see the bond when you were born." Aro sooths, his hand coming up to cup my cheek, causing a shy smile to settle upon my lips.
A beautiful vampire with dirty blonde hair blurred past us and jumped in Cato's arms, causing him to laugh and spin them around before kissing her deeply; while a insanely gorgeous raven haired vampire went to Acacia, who's normally stoic expression broke into one of blinding joy. I smiled happily, seeing my guards reunited with their mates. A finger smoothing down my cheek made my attention snap from my guards and to Marcus, who was watching me with a soft and adoring expression. I give him a smile as Cato brings his mate over to us.
"Masters," he nods respectively at my mates before turning to me. "My queen, I'd like to introduce you to my wonderful mate, Corin. Corin this is our Queen." he says.
