it definitely surprised you to see enkai standing there at the door. then again, when you really thought about it, yua and enkai look like they could be siblings if they wanted to.
"hey kai."
"n/n. i wasn't expecting to see you here."
you rub the back of your neck. 'neither was i.'
"oh, well, about two weeks ago, yua was kind enough to offer me a job here."
then yua came from out of the back. "hi, welcome to- oh, kai you're here early."
she takes her apron off to give the redhead a hug. "i wasn't expecting you until after y/n's shift."
"i was bored and there was nothing for me to do."
yua smiles. "that's fine with me! i'm always glad to see you."
"oh by the way," yua pulls you from the back where you had gone to avoid enkai, "have you met y/n?"
she puts a hand on her chin. "now that i think about it, i've mentioned her a lot, but i don't think i've ever said her name before."
