"leonnnn this place is hella fancy how much did you spend ?" i said wining cause i know he spent a check
"don't worry about it ma" he said smirking while leading the way into the restaurant
"reservations for leon" he told the lady at the front desk "ahh yes right this way please" the middle aged lady said leading up into the back of the restaurant to a table with the prettiest view ever
we got situated and ordered our food.
"why'd you do all this?" i asked genuinely curious
"cause i wanted too , why would i not ?" he said chuckling a little. "i don't know..none of the boys i've been with have ever put this much effort in so i guess i'm just curious" i said smiling cause i'm really the luckiest girl ever.
"well get used to it cause as long as you with me this how you gettin treated all the time, plus i never officially asked you to be my girlfriend and i thought this was the perfect way to do it...sooo be my girlfriend ?" he said smiling extremely hard
"yessss even tho you was already my man from the minute i met you" i said as i hugged him
"oh really? cause i'm pretty sure you dubbed me" he said pulling away from the hug and sitting down
"in my defense i was kinda heartbroken" "well he a clown ass nigga for letting you go ngl, you the best girl i've ever been with, you damn near perfect ma."
"and i'm sorry for acting distant lately but i've been planning this and i know you hella nosey so i had to throw you off some how"
"oh thank goodness that's all it was i thought you was done with me or sum" i said feeling relieved
"oh come onnnn you can't get rid of me that easily" he said looking up at me
"glad to know that" i said smiling like a kid in a candy store
the rest of the night we talked, laughed and enjoyed our food
