I wish I was an introvert
To some that might sound insane
But instead of seeing people
I need some time with my brain
I wish I was an introvert
So that I wouldn't mind
To spend most night by myself
Without getting behind
I wish I was an introvert
So the expectations would be low
And no would be surprised
If I wanted to go slow
And I wish I was an introvert
Because maybe then
I'd listen to the voices
That are in my head again
