yisu's words were completely slurred as she continued placing orders. though chenle was trying to stop her, he found the situation hilarious. "do you even know what a sex on the beach is?"
"... no."
the bartender wasn't even listening to the girl spewing orders, having cut her off nearly 10 minutes ago.
when she finished "ordering", yisu grabbed chenle's hands and pulled him off the barstool he'd been seated on, dragging her best friend onto the dance floor. "come on, lele! let's show these sickos how we partied in hong kong!"
"you mean how i got drunk and you carried me home—"
yisu cut him off with a hand to the mouth, dancing along to whatever club music filled the room. chenle was too tipsy to fight her off, grabbing his friend by the waist and following her dance moves.
the best friends continued dancing drunkenly across the club, laughter spewing freely from their smile-bound mouths. they had not plans of stopping anytime soon, but those plans came to halt when the wobbly girl heard someone calling her name.
"xiu yisu?"
whipping around, the smile on yisu's face grew at the sight of her coworker. "jeno!" she stumbled toward him, and thankfully jeno hadn't had anything to drink and was able to stabilize her with ease.
his hand naturally slipped behind her neck, fingers touching the skin below her ear. "how much did you drink?" his face was full of concern, but yisu could only focus on how hot her face felt at his touch.
and how upset her stomach suddenly became.
yisu pressed her hand flat against her middle as her cherry red face twisted into discomfort.
"are you okay?" jeno's voice sounded miles away, and yisu hadn't even noticed chenle standing at her side. he and jeno were in brief conversation, their eyes trained on her as the spoke.
her stomach lurched, and yisu curled in on herself and she threw everything she drank up. right onto her coworker.
