When Hope sees the start of this memory she practically squeals confusing her family
"What is it?" Freya asks confused but the only response she gets is a big smile from Hope making the family's curiosity grow
To everyone else today was just another day but to the Toretto's it was this day 11 years ago that broke their hearts that although they healed they never were the same again
Walking down the stairs was Zoe Toretto dressed in a black dress and Jack Toretto's old racer jacket, black boots, no makeup, her hair in its natural waves, her usual jewellery and a void look on her face
"Is she ok?" Kol questions his niece not taking his eyes off his daughter who he can see is in pain
"Yeah, she will be" Hope replies still smiling knowing what happens
"You don't have to go if you don't want to" Dom says barely audible
"I'll be fine, I can't stay cooped up in my room all day over thinking and I need the distraction" she says softly giving her older brother a reassuring smile just and Jakob and Mia walk over "besides pop's wouldn't want us all drowning in our own heads, he'd want us to live" she continued grabbing her bag and keys before kissing her sibling checks "bye" she gives a weak smile before walking out the door and the minute she does her smile drops, she decides to walk to school needing to clear her head
As she gets to school she's already late and doesn't car, walking down the path a arm slings round her shoulders, when she looks up she sees Peter
"Hey" she says softly
"Hey sweetheart" he replies, Zoe rolls her eyes in annoyance at the pet name the Hale boy calls her but there's a small smile on her face "how come your late?" he asks curiously
"Decided to walk" she says shrugging slightly although his arm is still round her shoulder
Peter narrows his eyes coming to a stop and stopping Zoe to "Why?" he trails of causing the Toretto girl to raise her eyebrows "You never go anywhere without your car" he states
"Needed to clear my head" she responds, now it's the Hale's turn to raise his eyebrows waiting for her to continue "today's the anniversary of my pops dying" she says
"I would say sorry but I feel like you'll hit me" he states with a teasing smile causing Zoe to smile shoving his slightly
"Shut up" she says chuckling with him joining in, neither noticing the pair of eyes watching them
"There's that smile" he says smiling softly before getting an idea "wanna skip?" he asks
Zoe thinks before nodding "Let's go" she states as they walk away from the school Peter wrapping his arm around her shoulder again
"What happens?" Rebekah questions her oldest niece growing excited, she can see the two having feelings towards each other and honestly she ships it
Hope just grins not giving anything away causing the girls to become more excited while the boys are not looking forward to this
The two teenagers are seen walking through the woods "Where are we going?" Zoe questions glancing up at Peter, who just grins
"You know you're really impatient" he states amused
"Or i'm just wondering if i'll have to kill you so at least them I can decided how" the were-coyote tribrid teases
Peter laughs "No need to kill me sweetheart" he says "how come you're so paranoid anyway?" he asks softly not wanting to upset the girl
