I guess it's not a bad ship, but they don't really interact all that much.
And (ONLY GOING OFF THE ANIME BECAUSE I REFUSE TO ACCIDENTALLY SPOIL PART OF THE MANGA) Aoyama doesn't usually get much screen time so we don't actually know a lot about him.
Yaoyorozu DEFINITELY has more screen time than him lol. But we also know more about her character because of it! She lacked confidence in her skills in the beginning, but Todoroki helped her overcome that during the Teachers vs Students arc. (Which was very cute and friendly if u ask me ;) )
Although Todoroki may not have realized it, he did help her a lot. And she has been a better Hero and person ever since. But now I'm not even talking about the original ship anymore. My TodoMomo heart got the best of me....
Well, I can't exactly rate this ship taking in both of their personalities and things they do since we don't know Aoyama all that much, but I CAN rate it based off of who I ship Yaoyorozu with, SO-
(Also this ship just wouldn't work imo. If they spoke to each other more, they'd definitely be better off as friends)
