SOOOOO this one is kind of tricky for me...
I don't ship it in canon, but I did read a pretty smutty book with this ship... (DON'T ASK FOR THE BOOK CAUSE YOU CAN FIND IT IN ONE OF MY READING LISTS)
What mostly puts me off about this ship is the TodoBaku part.
I'm not a TodoBaku fan, sooo.....
Honestly the whole idea of Bakugou and Todoroki being friends seems PRETTY forced...
I'm not saying they CAN'T be friends, I'm just saying that it didn't seem very likely. I'm sure manga Bakugou is better to get along with now, but NO SPOILERS!!!!!
