Summary → Tom tries to give you kisses with his morning breath.

You felt Tom stir beside you, rolling over a few minutes later with a sleepy smile to look at you. His eyes studied your face, his smile growing as he admired you.

“Hi.” You whispered.

“Hi gorgeous.” He leaned forward and placed a kiss to your cheek, then to your chin, your nose, your other cheek and finally moved in to kiss your soft lips.

“No.” You whined, pushing his face away from yours. He pouted.

“Why did you reject my kiss?” He groaned.

“Morning breath, you stink.” You scrunched up your nose at him, squeezing his cheeks together. Tom gasped.

“After all these years.” He shook his head. You laughed at him, nuzzling your face in his neck.

“You’re so dramatic.”

“I’d kiss you with your morning breath.” You rolled your eyes, pulling back and pressing a kiss to his cheek.

“Better?” He shook his head.

“I want lips or nothing.”

“Go brush your teeth first.” He rolled his eyes with a sigh, pushing himself out of bed and shuffling towards the bathroom. You did however love that he was so dedicated to getting this kiss.

“I can’t believe you won’t kiss me.” His words were muffled by the toothbrush and toothpaste in his mouth, making you giggle as you looked at him. He spat the toothpaste in the sink, rinsed his mouth, and wiped his face and hands on the hand towel.

“Unbelievable.” He climbed back in bed, placing his hands on either side of your head and hovering over you.

“Can I have my kiss now?” You giggled, nodding your head.

“Mhm.” You wrapped your arms around his neck, letting his lips cover yours as he kissed you softly. Your lips moved together in sync, Tom’s minty flavoured tongue tangling with yours.

“See, that wasn’t so difficult.” He rolled his eyes.

“It was worth it.”
