years had past
i grew my hair longer than it was
because i thought
i'm finally above my demons
then suddenly i was pressed
i'm in the constant darkness
so, instead of cutting wrists
after years of growing my hair long
i've cut it out, shorter than it was
shorter than my peace of mind
