꧁⫘Chapter 1⫘꧂

My name is Yuna, and you might be thinking to yourself, why is your average 16-year-old, bookworm nerd, writing this? Well, I am here to tell you a story, a love story that is. Of course, you think it might be boring. But just trust me and you will see... It is only the start.

Today is September 23rd, the start of the new school year. My best friend Atlas is by my side once again for another year. I have known her for almost 5 years now. She's my favorite person, I trust her with my whole life, I would do anything for her. She means the world to me.

Even though she has my back, sadly it will not stop my enemy Aaron.

Aaron has been my enemy for the past 6 years of my life. He always knew how to push my buttons. Stupid things like my brown hair compared to his blond locks, or how I always have my nose in a book, or things like family issues that were very personal and rude to bring up.

It all really angered me even more; I mean once I almost lashed out at him for saying something about my mother. He is really a pain in my ass.

He always thinks he is so perfect and never seems to care about anyone else. Also, another thing to add, he was my best friend when I was younger. Something weird I find myself doing is wondering about him, just a bit. Even if he is mean to me. I still wonder about what I did wrong for Aaron to hate me so much. Although things might never change with us in the future.

Anyways, enough about Aaron, let us move on, shall we? So, we so far have covered I am quite a bookworm and a loser. I have little friends, and Aaron is my enemy. Another thing, my parents argue, like a lot. Because they were both forced into an arranged marriage. So, they ended up not in love, sad but true, but it does make for good entertainment at times. Plus, with popcorn, it is a drama movie in real life!

I sometimes think I am a boring person at times, but I do like a lot of stuff. Such as reading, romance, dramas, and fantasy. I tend to read a lot if you cannot tell. I also sometimes blog, and I really like music some of my favorite songs are Rebel Girl by Bikini Kill, Sippy cup by Melaine Martinez, and Back to the Old House by the Smiths. One last thing to note about me is that I think a lot, think more, talk less.
