Another day of torture

As I'm entering my first period class I let out a sign which catches everyones attention

"Nice of you to join us today Ms. Johnson" Mr. Moore said

I shoot him an innocent smile "How is my favorite teacher in the whole wide world?" I say

"Funny, Layla, I believe I heard you telling that to a teacher in the hall yesterday" he smiles at me

The class laughs at his statement as I let out a small giggle "You caught me" I sass

"Go have a seat Layla" he points to the seat in the back

I sigh as it is once again the seat next to Wesley

I sit in my seat then right away take my phone out
