I was living in the sidelines
Calculating moves
Avoiding risks
Staying between my books
Living the life by numbers on the paper

Then one day she came by
With a torch, helping me out
It was unfamiliar
People are not my strongest front
I don't like them
And I knew the feeling was mutual

She didn't know me
But I studied her like my favorite subject
Memorised her moves
Her habits became my new research papers
A new puzzle, unknown equations to solve.
Her time was priceless to me
And I became breathless
I suddenly wanted to impress her
Everything I did had only one purpose

I became crazy
Heights of emotions
No explanations
I found purpose
I tried best to get her attention
I was desperate
I made a fool of myself most of the time
But she was all indifferent

I was burning
I was tearing up
What could be worse if I told her that she was the most beautiful woman I've known and I was irresistibly attracted to her soul, her every move, her voice, her everything... probably was in love with her too
What could be the worst thing that can happen?
Ha ha she can hear me

And she did

And she said she loved me too.
