Hey everyone,

I am going to be putting this story on hold for an undetermined amount of time, as well as my other Twilight story, The Witching Hour. Unfortunately, I've fallen out of Twilight for the time being and can't even get half a chapter before I start wandering off to do different things. This isn't going to be forever, of course, but until I can get back into writing for Twilight I'm going to put this story on hold because I really do enjoy the plot and characters I created and I want to be able to give them, and you guys, the justice that it deserves.

Right now I have a book out for the Hunger Games that I'm really into writing, so you guys should really check them out!!! I'll put the book and the general description below:

death valley | finnick odair

In Helen's defense, she never actually intended on participating in the 69th Hunger Games--maybe the 70th, but not the 69th--and it wasn't her fault that her asshole little cousin was picked as tribute but fuck why was her aunt looking at her like that.

///

"Finnick Odair and Helen Highhill?"

"Yes. She won the 69th at age seventeen, he won the 65th at age fourteen. Youngest ever, extremely humble."

"You're kidding?"

"Isn't she 'Never Say Die'?"

"Yes I'm kidding! He's a peacock and she's a total psychopath but the Capitol adores them--treats them like living gods. Odair's charming and smart, very skilled in combat--especially in water. Highhill? Yeah, she's Never Say Die and more importantly, she's an asshole--definitely not charming, but the Capitol loves it and she's dangerous, ultimate Career--went half-mad during her Games and I don't blame her really, she got one real fucked up arena. Killed sixteen of the twenty-four tributes in her games. She gets her hand on a spear? Run like your life depends on it, because it does."

"What about weaknesses?"

"As far as I know for Finnick: one, and it's Helen. He mentored her and they're very close, he's not going to let her die. He'll protect her with everything he's got even if they don't see eye to eye on everything."

"A guy like that has got to know that she'll do whatever it takes to win, even kill him."

"That's what makes her so dangerous. That's what you've got to be wary of. With forty-six other tributes in there--twenty-two other victors--she's the one to watch."

Help a girl out and hit me with those votes and comments ;)

Anyways, I'm really sorry, but for now it's for the best because I feel that if I try to force a chapter out, it's going to suck and I'd rather wait longer and have a good chapter.

Thank you for understanding.

Sincerely,

@ofROSIERS
